What do you need ?

  • One cup of cooked broccoli, about 5 sprigs 
  • A cup of creamy tofu
  • A green chili  or a small red pepper if you don’t want your broccomole to be too hot 
  • A clove of garlic
  • A teaspoon of chopped chives
  • A sprig of fresh parsley
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil
  • A spoonful of cumin
  • A spoonful of lemon juice
  • Sea salt and black pepper

How to prepare it?

It’s very easy ! Put the broccoli, tofu, chili, chives, garlic and parsley in your blender. Then mix until you get a homogeneous texture, so that everything is fine.

Then add the olive oil, cumin, lemon juice and spices. Then mix little by little so that the whole acquires all the flavors of the pepper, so that the lemon juice integrates well with the preparation, and so that the final result is very tasty.
