5 Homemade Uses Of Talc: Essential!

Preparation

  • It’s very simple: take the shoes you want to sanitize and sprinkle them with talcum powder inside.
  • Perspiration and even the leather of the sole allow bacteria to grow and yeast infection can cause problems. Thanks to this trick, you fight against bad odors and you sanitize your shoes.
  • Leave the talcum powder inside the shoes overnight. The next morning, remove it and add two to three drops of tea tree oil to each shoe. It is a great anti-bacterial which leaves a pleasant smell.

3. To remove oil stains

Oil stains on clothes are very difficult to remove, but know that talcum powder is great for removing grease!

Preparation

  • Apply a generous amount of talcum powder to the oil stain and leave it on for 10 minutes.
  • Once the time has elapsed, use a brush to rub the stain with the talcum powder to remove it.
  • Finally, put the garment in the washing machine and you will see that the stain will disappear.

  • Apply a first mascara base on your eyelashes.

5. For better hair removal

When you wax,  you need clean, firm and dry skin so that you can extract or shave hair more easily. 

If you apply talcum powder to your legs just before waxing and massage them for a few minutes, you will find that it will be easier to wax.
